dd103 objects are crafted by hand and in most cases made-to-order. To allow ourselves a smooth and efficient production experience it can take up to 10 business days* for your order to be shipped out from the studio. 
*Excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is ready we notify you through email with a tracking number.

During periods of high demand we reserve the right for any possible delays.

All shipments are carried by PostNL and their international partners.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional import, customs, or sales taxes imposed by a destination country outside the EU. We kindly advise you to read into the applicable customs policies prior to purchase. Additionally, once the (uninsured) parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held liable for any delays, damage, or loss.

RETURNS
dd103 offers a 2 week return policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund. Please email us with your return inquiry for further instructions.

Kindly ensure that any returned items are postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. We strongly advise opting for recorded delivery when returning your order for added security. Please note that we cannot take on liability for any loss or damage during the return shipment process. Additionally, we are unable to facilitate refunds for international duties and taxes, as these payments were not made to dd103. For further assistance on reclaiming these charges, we encourage you to reach out to your local customs authority. 

REPAIRS
In a case of a faulty piece, we will repair or replace the item free of charge within 3 months after the time of purchase. After this period repairs are still possible for a fee covered by the customer.

To request a repair, please send an email to info@dd103.nl with a clear description of the issue, photos of the damaged piece and the ordernumber.
